OG’s amazing run at The International 2018 didn’t just cause ripples in the Dota 2 community, we have since seen it bleed out into mainstream media. Last week Ilta-Sanomat — the second largest newspaper in Finland — featured the two Finnish champions Jesse “JerAx” Vainikka and Topias”Topson” Taavitsainen on their front page.

The headline reads:
Jesse, 26, and Topias, 20, earned millions in one evening, the young game-millionaires comes back to Finland.
This year Finland has continued it’s conquering of the esports world. Last year we saw Lasse”MATUMBAMAN” Urpalainen of Team Liquid win TI7, and this year it was time for his two countrymen to get their names engraved on the Aegis. This means that Finland now has the 2nd most TI winners per capita, behind Clement “Puppey” Ivanov’s Estonia.
